Complete the Travel Inquiry Form on the contact page, or linked in my bio on social media sites, or request the link so I can learn more about your dream getaway, your vibe, and what type of experience your looking for.
01 / Inquire
Once your planning fee is received, I'll begin designing your custom travel proposal, thoughtfully curated around your preferences, travel goals, and the details you provided in the intake form. Each recommendation is carefully selected to create an experience that feels seamless, personalized, and uniquely yours.
02 / Discovery & Design
Once your proposal is ready, we'll meet over Zoom or a phone call to review every detail together. From room categories and upgrades to excursions and special experiences, we'll fine-tune your itinerary to ensure it aligns with your vision and travel style.
Following our presentation, you'll have up to three rounds of revisions to make any final adjustments before your itinerary is finalized.
03 / Refine & Perfect
Once your trip is finalized, you'll receive access to your personalized itinerary through a custom travel app, complete with your accommodations, reservations, recommendations, and important travel details all in one place.
Before you depart, I'll send final travel tips, reminders, and a custom playlist curated for your destination.
Then it's time to pack your bags, slip into vacation mode, and enjoy the experience.
